All-inclusive packages are often sold if you want to stay at certain diving hotspots in Malaysia, regardless of whether or not you are a diver. They generally include land/sea transfers between airport and destination, accommodations, meals, and boat dives. Below are package rates for divers and non-divers at the respective destinations for your reference:

Lankayan Island
Lankayan Island is a tiny and unpopulated island, with only one resort, that is Lankayan Island Dive Resort. It is a much acclaimed tropical island paradise resort offering everything from small number of guests, great beaches, superior rooms and food, and fantastic macroworld diving around with more than thirty dive sites, including two wrecks. When in season (from March to May), sightings of gigantic and harmless whale sharks are common. Located off Sandakan, Lankayan Island is also an ideal place to finish off your holiday, particularly for those who travelled into the rainforest at Sukau for wildlife viewing, with a bit of relaxation on pure white sandy beach.

Sipadan
Here you will stay at Sipadan-Kapalai Dive Resort which is located on the sea just fifteen minutes from Sipadan. It is a unique "Water Village" Resort, offering guests excellent rooms and fantastic serenity of  the surrounding sea, combined with first class macroworld diving around more than thirty dive sites. Diving around is exceedingly easy and shallow but quite spectacular : the sandy bottom and the sparse coral heads host an amazing array of small, ofter yet-to-be-classified, shamelessly colorful subjects, making the diving here an unforgettable experience for any discerning photographer.
